Virtual Phone Bank

Thank you for your willingness to help Seth Morgan, CPA. 

All you need is a computer, a phone and the willingness to help make Seth Morgan our next Auditor of State. The virtual phonebank will only operate from 9 AM to 9 PM EVERYDAY. Once you use your computer to log into the system, calls will be placed automatically. You will only hear when someone answers or a answering machine comes on the line the you deliver the script (It is attached and will also appear on your computer screen), respond to a question that will appear on the screen, and then move on to the next call.  You can take a break or stop at any time by simply not placing the next call and selecting to LOG OUT.

  1. Go to https://www.callfire.com/dialer/cloud_call_center.do
  2. You will be prompted to type in some information:
    • Campaign ID: Seth Morgan
    • Campaign CODE: 0504
    • Your phone number [the phone you will be using]
    • Your email address
    • Type of hold music you want to listen
  3. Submit that information. A new screen will pop up asking for your Agent ID number. Your phone will automatically ring and give you your AGENT ID NUMBER to type into the computer screen.
  4. Once you have submitted, you are READY to phonebank!
    • There will be a script that you will read.
    • Each phone number is automatically dialing. You will NOT hear the dialing. You will hear hold music until the phone is pick up by a live person, answering machine, or voicemail.
    • Read the script whether it is a live person or voice mail. Answer the two simple questions at the bottom and then click NEXT CALL. The process will repeat.

Please LOG OUT of the system when not actively working the phone bank - this includes short breaks. Thank you!
