- As chairman of his caucus policy committee he led in the development of statewide policies to revamp Ohio’s failing economy including (HB25) which would save Ohioans potentially billions of dollars
- Led in the overhaul of local government saving taxpayer dollars – including the work to institute HSAs for City employees – saving government money while extending employee flexibility
- Led an effort while serving on Huber Heights City Council to cut the income tax in the City and in turn forcing the local government to become more efficient by enacting cost-saving measures.
- Believes in a statewide approach to create jobs and in businesses development. Focusing both on retraining the workforce and encouraging new business investment.
